Etienne de Dreuille is a member of the Paris Bar and a graduate engineer from École Centrale de Lille. Prior to co-founding Pointcarré Avocats, Etienne practiced for several years within business litigation and white-collar crime law teams of leading French and international law firms.
In business litigation, Etienne acts in shareholder disputes, litigation relating to the removal or liability of corporate officers, as well as in corporate and contractual disputes, both before the courts and at the pre-litigation stage or in the context of complex negotiations.
Etienne also represents clients before criminal courts and at all stages of criminal proceedings, particularly in cases involving financial and economic offences.
Etienne is a member of the Association des avocats pénalistes and of the Observatoire international des prisons.
