Prior to co-founding Pointcarré Avocats, Baptiste spent seven years within the business litigation and white-collar crime law teams of Reinhart Marville Torre (RMT), following initial experience at the international law firm Hogan Lovells and two years as in-house counsel within the General Secretariat of the EDF Group.

He also advises clients on obtaining, implementing or challenging pre-trial investigative measures (based on Article 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure), which allow for the surprise gathering of evidence from the opposing party prior to any proceedings.
Baptiste is also active in white-collar crime and assists companies and/or their executives at all stages of criminal proceedings (police custody or voluntary interview, judicial investigation, negotiated plea agreements (CRPC), and criminal court proceedings).
He has handled major cases for several CAC 40 companies (banking, energy, luxury), private equity funds and Big Four firms, in both business litigation and complex criminal proceedings.
